@GetSpectrum said they were “partners” with @Verizon when we were inquiring about getting cable and internet to our new home. They were trying to get us to join them for cellular service. Guess what. Verizon said that’s not true. What else are you not telling me?

@GetSpectrum Was told you guarantee at least 75% of the download/upload. I do streaming and for over 2 months now my upload has been dropping frames at 6mbps. Tested on #Twitch and #YouTube my upload is supposed to be 20mbps, but it can't hold 6! You need to fix your garbage.
