I tried calling Customer Service at @getspectrum and it went all wrong. I called the number they gave me, the agent passed me to a second agent after 5 minutes of saying she could do nothing, and after waiting for 20 minutes on hold for the 2nd agent I was disconnected.

@GetSpectrum Was told you guarantee at least 75% of the download/upload. I do streaming and for over 2 months now my upload has been dropping frames at 6mbps. Tested on #Twitch and #YouTube my upload is supposed to be 20mbps, but it can't hold 6! You need to fix your garbage.
