Exceptional Ramen! They have a gluten-free menu available, and the flavors in their foods are above your taste buds! Super friendly staff & fun atmosphere with several gamers delights to look at. Even the mochi was amazing, and I'm not a fan of it, but I loved it! I highly recommend you try and bring friends/family because there are food choices for everyone.
We were greeted with great attitudes and high spirit people! Friendly with a smile! The uniqueness of the atmosphere was awesome!! Bunch of cool things to look at while sitting there enjoying your food! The food itself was amazing. The entrées, sushi and shrimp. We’re done to perfection. the Ramen were good although if you are not into spicy, I would stay away from the higher numbers. Numbers two and three were too spicy to finish.. the ones that were not spicy or devoured. Would definitely rate this place an 11 out of 10!!
I've had ramen from California to new York and Atlanta. This is pretty good because it's not overly salty so I was able to slurp the broth. It's not as memorable as California but I enjoyed more than east coast. I'm not a fan of the decor and makes me think it's more fusion than authentic but my biggest concern is pricing. This is Omaha not new York or California. No offense but my point is these prices are too high. Lower it just a bit to attract more customers. The food will sell itself

Reviews
Hokkaido Ramen House - Aksarben is a highly recommended spot for exceptional ramen with gluten-free options. Reviewers praise the friendly staff, fun atmosphere filled with gaming delights, and delicious mochi even for non-fans. The food quality is outstanding, from perfectly done entrées to flavorful sushi and shrimp dishes. While some find the spicier ramen options too hot, milder choices are devoured eagerly. Despite slightly high prices compared to other locations, the overall experience of dining at Hokkaido Ramen House - Aksarben is described as amazing by visitors.

The family and I decided to eat here for lunch this weekend and it did not disappoint. Customer service was amazing. They were very friendly, attentive and had such a happy atmosphere. For appetizers we decided on some Crab Rangoons, Bang Bang Shrimp and the Omaha roll. Everything was delicious! The Rangoons were creamy and crunchy. The shrimp was just delicious and the Omaha roll was freaking amazing. For the main course we had the Spicy Lym and the Hidden Leaf. Did not disappoint. The Ramen was just delicious even though we were to the point of getting overly full we just couldn't stop eating. 😂 🫢We ended with the double stuffed fried Oreos.Per my teenager the Oreos were "out of this world". Overall an amazing experience. We will definitely be back.
We were first timmers and this place did NOT disappoint! Neal was our server...very upbeat, friendly and was always checking in on us. The food was absolutely wonderful! It was beautifully prepared and plated and my taste buds were so happy! Neal ended up surprising us with some deep fried oreos at the end of our meal which were delicious!10/10 Highly recommend. I travel 2 hours one way to Omaha every week and this place is getting put on my top 3!
