Ingredient Notes
- Coconut Rum – this rum adds a sweet, tropical flavor to the co*cktail. If you don’t have coconut rum, you can substitute it with regular white rum or pineapple rum for a different twist.
- Dark Rum – Gives depth and richness to the co*cktail. You can substitute it with spiced rum for a slightly different flavor profile.
- Grenadine – Adds a touch of sweetness and a vibrant red color to the co*cktail. If you don’t have grenadine, you can use a splash of cherry juice or raspberry syrup as a substitute.
- Orange Juice – Provides a citrusy brightness to the co*cktail. Freshly squeezed orange juice is preferred, but you can also use store-bought orange juice.
- Pineapple Juice – Adds a tropical sweetness and acidity to the co*cktail. You can use canned or fresh pineapple juice.
- Ice Cubes – To chill the co*cktail and provide a refreshing element. You can use crushed ice for a more slushy texture.
- Fruit Slices – Orange slices and pineapple wedges are used to garnish the co*cktail and add a decorative touch. You can also use maraschino cherries or other tropical fruits for garnish.
